Shipping policy

At Natural or Nothing, we’re committed to delivering the freshest, chemical-free produce straight from our farms to your doorstep with care and consistency.
1. Delivery Areas

 

We currently deliver across selected locations in Delhi NCR (including Gurugram, South Delhi, and parts of Noida). You can check delivery availability for your area at checkout or by contacting us directly.

2. Delivery Days & Timings

We follow a twice-a-week delivery schedule (Wednesdays & Saturdays for Gurugram and select days for other regions).
Orders are delivered between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and customers will receive updates on expected delivery windows.

3. Order Cut-off

Orders placed 24 hours before the scheduled delivery day will be processed for the next available slot.
 Example: For Wednesday delivery, please place your order by Tuesday, 8:00 AM.

4. Shipping Charges

We currently offer free delivery on all standard orders. Any changes to this policy will be communicated in advance.

5. Delivery Experience

Our produce is hand-harvested, packed with eco-friendly materials, and transported under hygienic conditions to maintain freshness.
 If your order arrives damaged or you face any issues, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a photo for swift resolution.

6. Missed Deliveries
If the delivery is missed due to unavailability, we’ll attempt to contact you. A second attempt will be made based on our route schedule. Missed deliveries may not always be eligible for refunds.
